Terms of Service

1. General Information

By purchasing from or using Klone Creations’ website and services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products & Services

Klone Creations provides physical 3D-printed products and custom design work. Custom orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once work has started. All sales are final once the project is completed.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership of intellectual property depends on the project. By default, Klone Creations retains ownership of all original works unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers purchasing custom designs do not acquire reproduction rights unless explicitly granted.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards (via Square), cash, and Bitcoin.
  • Custom orders require a 50% deposit upfront. If a different deposit amount applies, it will be specified in the product description.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • We will replace or refund any items that are functionally defective. For a period of 60 days.
  • Custom orders are only eligible for replacement or refund if they have functional defects.
  • Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections are inherent and not considered defects covered under warranty.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to Canada and the USA.
  • Most items ship at a flat rate of $25 within Canada unless otherwise stated. Final shipping costs will be presented with the order total.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and are not guaranteed.
  • Klone Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. The shipping carrier assumes responsibility unless special arrangements are made at the customer’s request.

7. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

  • Customers may not use our products for illegal activities.
  • Website content may not be copied, modified, or reverse-engineered for unauthorized purposes. Crawling for search engine indexing is permitted, but probing for vulnerabilities or malicious activity is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Dispute Resolution

  • Klone Creations is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or other liabilities resulting from the use of our products unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.
  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
