About Dad – Ivan:
Meet Ivan, the creative mind behind our family business. Ivan attended technical school, where his passion for technology and design first took root. His journey into entrepreneurship began with a simple desire – to work from home while being a dedicated parent. Ivan is known for his creativity, tireless work ethic, and his technical aptitude. He also possesses exceptional customer service skills, making our clients feel valued and heard.
Ivan wears many hats within our business. He’s the creative force behind our designs, ensuring each product is a masterpiece. He’s also the technical wizard, maintaining and optimizing our equipment. When it comes to web design and shipping packaging, Ivan’s skills make it all come together seamlessly.
In 2019, Ivan stumbled upon 3D printing as a hobby. Little did he know that it would spark his passion for creative design. The first 3D printer marked the beginning of an exciting journey into a world of endless possibilities.
What sets Ivan apart is not just his skills, but his personality. He’s easygoing, friendly, and incredibly humble. He finds joy in making others happy through his creations and his keen eye for design is the secret ingredient that makes our products truly unique.
Ivan’s dedication and creativity are at the heart of our business, and we’re thrilled to have him as an integral part of our family team.
About Mom – Sue:
Sue is a key player in our family business, taking on various roles, including design, manufacturing (with a specialty in crayons), quality control, marketing, and exceptional customer service. She also manages our social media, connecting with customers and sharing our story with the world.
Growing up, Sue had limited knowledge of her Ojibway heritage, but she’s on a lifelong journey to understand and embrace her Indigenous roots. Her profound connection to nature is evident in her love for the great outdoors, whether it’s a hike through the forest or a serene moment by the water. Her sanctuary is found in the midst of thunderstorms, where she finds peace in the power of the elements.
Sue’s life took a significant turn when she had her dream job working with addiction, particularly the Managed Alcohol Program in the Indigenous street community. However, the arrival of her rainbow baby and a breast cancer diagnosis changed her path. She now understands the preciousness of time, with family time being her top priority. Sue’s unwavering drive propels our family’s dreams forward.
Organized and detail-oriented, Sue doesn’t tolerate nonsense and approaches every task with dedication. She’s a hands-on, self-motivated individual known for being the squeaky wheel that gets things done. Her steadfast commitment ensures that we have more time to create cherished family memories, emphasizing the importance of working to live rather than living to work.
About Toddler – Logan:
Logan, the driving force behind our family business, the ultimate source of inspiration, and our rigorous product tester. Logan’s mission is to push the limits of kids’ products, subjecting them to the most intense durability and play tests. With boundless energy and unquenchable curiosity, Logan brings an abundance of wonder and excitement to our lives.
Logan’s passion for learning is infectious. He’s a lover of letters and numbers, always on a quest for knowledge. Whether he’s buckled into his trusty wagon or exploring the world on foot, Logan’s in his element. Puddles and friendly dogs are among his favorite discoveries, and he’s the unofficial president of the Numbers and Letters Fan Club, pointing them out wherever he goes.
Logan’s happiness is positively contagious. We like to think of him as our “Chief Fun Officer,” constantly reminding us that life should be filled with laughter and enjoyment.
He’s here to enrich the world in his unique way, and that’s a guiding principle of our business. Safety is our utmost priority, and if we wouldn’t feel safe with Logan using a product, we won’t sell it to your child.
